Colt Collins

My Story 

I was born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee and currently live in my hometown of Johnson City with my wife Emily.​I am a graduate of David Crockett High School and I went to college at Lee University which is in Cleveland, Tennessee. I graduated from Lee in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry. In addition to my role as a NiswongerCARE Advisor, I am also the assistant pastor of a church in Erwin, Tennessee.

One of my favorite things to do is travel, whether it is to somewhere an hour away or a several weeks stay far from home. I have seen almost every state in the U.S. (I believe I am up to 42 states total), but the farthest I have ever been from home was a three-week trip I took to Israel as part of my studies at Lee University. The other things I like to do with my free time are mostly “nerdy” things. I am a huge fan of anything Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, etc., so if you have any questions about anything nerdy, feel free to come and ask me because I probably know the answer!
